Product Introduction
Low Temperature Flexing Tester To determine the resistance of a material to cracking or other types of failure at flexing creases. The method is applicable to all flexible materials and in particular leathers, coated fabrics and textiles used in footwear uppers.
Feature
- Materials of outer chamber: 2mm Double-sided color coated steel with power coated surface.
- Materials of inner chamber: using SUS304 stainless steel, seamless welded. Beside, the outer structure of the inner chamber is reinforced with 10mm steel plates to meet the structural strength requirements of the bending test.
- With vacuum glass observation window, more effecitive to observe the testing situation.
- Temperation control: adopt 7inch color touch screen with Chinese and English version, easy to operate.
- Equipped with 2 sets of mechanical compressor, two-stage compression refrigeration cycle can quick cooling up to specified inner temperature in the case of various fixture groips.
- This Low Temperature Flexing Tester has four kinds of flexing test systems with function of power off memory and automatical stop when test done.
- All the testing fixtures are made of SUS304 stainless steel or aluminum, have a good corrosion resistance and anti-rust property.
