| Application: Laboratory Padder is suitable as dyeing and finishing padding mangle. The pressure transmission can be applied by means of pneumatic cylinder. It’s apply to pure cotton, T/C and other chemical fiber fabric. |
1. Cloth speed controlled by inverter from 0-10m/min.
2. NBR rubber is applied for coating of roller, excellent erode-resistance, long life-time.
3. Two separate disc-shaped pneumatic cylinders control each end of roller to keep uniform pressure for whole rollers.
4. Brushed stainless steel surface, easy to clean and good appearance.
5. Removable liquor trough and spray head wash-down facility, free standing.
